Hello Crafters....

For today's project, I am using a selection of craft dies from Jamie Rodgers Crafts brand new Tile Collection... and I have to admit, this Collection is now one of my favourites :-)

Now I do love a white on white card, although it is worth noting that this design could be

created in any colour.

Here I've used the crisp white, Polar White Elite Card along with Ice Gold Pearl Card.

So let's get started.....

This is such an easy project to make.

First I cut out a square of Polar White card (slightly smaller than 20 cm x 20cm - approximately 8 x 8 inches. You could also use an 8 x 8 card blank.

To add that little extra detail, I decided to score a pattern onto my card.

So on one side (which will be the back of the card) I marked out the pattern that I wanted to create. See Photo 1 below 📸

I then scored it on my Scoreboard, before gluing to my card base. - see Photo 2 above 📸

Now the base is all done, we can move onto the fun part of creating.....

Using the Polar White Card, I cut out the Elegant Butterfly Oval, along with the Cosmos Flower and Cosmos Leaves.

Then taking some Ice Gold Pearl Card, I cut out the Cosmos Flower and leaves, and also included the backing part of the Elegant Butterfly Oval.

Time to assemble the Oval....

Here I used foam tape on the back of the Oval and added glue to the tape.

✅ TIP - I did this to allow for some wiggle room - placing it where you want, before the tape starts to stick.

Lining it up with the backing of the Ice Gold made it easier because of the scalloped edge.

Leave this for a short moment to allow the glue and foam tape to adhere.

Once the glue had had time to bond, I then stuck the centre element of the Oval flat in the middle of the Oval itself.

Whilst the oval was drying, I took the opportunity to make up my flowers.

To give those important finishing touches, I added a little shape by rolling each petals backwards over a paintbrush.

To assembly them, I alternated between the Ice Gold Pearl and the Polar White; finishing it off with a pearl in the centre.

Once done, I glued my Oval to the card base!

For the sentiment, I chose "Happy Birthday" from the Sentiment Collection.

I cut this out three times, layering them on top of each other to give them depth.

When dry, I snipped them into two and glued onto the centre section of the Oval.

Finally...

I glued my flowers and foliage to the bottom left hand corner of the card

I chose to only add one flower, however get creative with your own floral designs and see what you can make :-)

Add white pearls to finish.......
